Importancia del taller de títeres en la convivencia escolar del nivel inicial

Abstract

El taller de títeres es una herramienta importante en la convivencia escolar de los niños de preescolar. Por ello, el presente objetivo de investigación es analizar la influencia del taller de títeres para promover la convivencia escolar de los niños de una institución educativa inicial de Ancash, Perú. La investigación se orientó bajo un enfoque cualitativo de nivel descriptivo y de método fenomenológico; además, la muestra fue de tipo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Se seleccionó a cuatro docentes del nivel inicial: dos de ellas pertenecen al aula de 5 años y dos al aula de 4 años, a quienes se aplicó una entrevista semiestructurada cuyas respuestas fueron codificadas y categorizadas a través de la triangulación de datos. Los resultados muestran que el taller de títeres en la convivencia escolar es una herramienta importante porque facilita la enseñanza de una manera rápida y sencilla, además, fortalece el vínculo de la convivencia en valores. Finalmente, en cuanto al rol pedagógico, las docentes mencionaron que la convivencia escolar debe ser inclusiva y reflexiva.

The puppet workshop is an important tool in school coexistence in preschool children. For this reason, the present research objective is to analyze the influence of the puppet workshop to promote the school coexistence of the children of an initial educational institution of Ancash, Peru. The research was oriented under a qualitative approach of descriptive level and phenomenological method; in addition, the sample was of a non-probabilistic type for convenience. Four teachers were selected from the initial level: two of them belong to the 5-year-old classroom and two to the 4-year-old classroom, to whom a semi-structured interview was applied whose responses were coded and categorized through data triangulation. The results show the puppet workshop in school coexistence is an important tool because it facilitates teaching quickly and easily, and strengthens the bond of coexistence in values. Finally, regarding the pedagogical role, the teachers mentioned that school life must be inclusive and reflective.
