Juego de roles para desarrollar el valor del respeto en el área de personal social del 4to de primaria

Abstract

El juego de roles es una técnica que se caracteriza por representar “papeles” es decir, los comportamientos de las personas en los diferentes situaciones de la vida. Por ello; la presente investigación tuvo por finalidad la aplicación de esta técnica para favorecer la resolución de problemas conflictivos los cuales se vieron reflejados en el aula y en la comunidad educativa, lo que no permitía tener un buen clima estudiantil y lograr los aprendizajes deseados de manera óptima. Este estudio se orientó mediante el enfoque cualitativo y de tipo investigación acción participativa (IAP) con una muestra de 22 estudiantes de una institución educativa pública del (Lima – Perú). Y para la aplicación del juego de roles se realizaron 6 sesiones de aprendizaje; dos de cada una de ellas fueron guiadas por una hipótesis de acción. Durante estas sesiones, se recolectó información sobre el Juego de Roles empleando diarios de campo y listas de cotejo; para posteriormente, analizar los datos mediante un proceso de triangulación. Se pudo concluir que gracias a la aplicación del juego de roles se favorece a que los niños y las niñas puedan ser más empáticos con sus compañeros, proponiendo, de manera reflexiva soluciones a los problemas que se visualizan en su contexto escolar y luego tengan la capacidad de interiorizar los aprendizajes y enseñanzas del día. Así también, se lograron observar mejoras en cuanto a actitudes relacionadas con el valor del respeto.

The rolls game is a skill that is characterized for representing “roles” that is to say, the behaviors of the persons in different situations of the life. For it; the present investigation took the application of this skill as a purpose to favor the solving of difficult problems which turned out to be reflected in the classroom and in the educational community, what was not allowing to have a good student climate and achieve wished learnings of an ideal way. This study was faced by means of the qualitative approach and of type action research with a sample of 22 students of a public educational institution of (Lima – Peru). And, for the application of the game of rolls 6 learning meetings were realized; two of each one of them were guided by an action hypothesis. During these meetings, there was gathered information about the Game of Rolls using field newspapers and lists of collation; for later, to analyze the information by means of a triangulation process. It was possible to conclude that thanks to the application of the game of rolls it is favored to that the children and the girls could be more empathetic with its partners, proposing, in a reflective way solve to the problems that are visualized in its school context and then have the aptitude to internalize learnings and educations of the day. This way also, they managed to observe progress as for attitudes related to the value of the respect. Key words: Game of rolls, primary education, investigation action
