Calidad del cuidado de enfermería en pacientes hospitalizados en el servicio de medicina del Hospital Sergio E. Bernales, Lima, 2023

Abstract

Objetivo: El objetivo general del estudio fue determinar la calidad del cuidado de enfermería en pacientes hospitalizados en el servicio de medicina del Hospital Sergio E. Bernales, Lima, 2023. Material y método: El estudio es descriptivo, no experimental y de corte transversal. El grupo de poblacional se conformó por 120 pacientes que se encontraban hospitalizados en el servicio de medicina del Hospital Sergio E. Bernales, para la recolección de datos de hizo uso del cuestionario CARE – Q. Resultados: El 70,8% de la población considero que la calidad de cuidado de enfermería se encontraba en un nivel alto. Las dimensiones que también obtuvieron un nivel alto de calidad de cuidado de enfermería fueron “mantiene relación de confianza” y “conforta”, con el 73,3% y 62,5%, respectivamente. Conclusiones: La calidad del cuidado de enfermería en pacientes hospitalizados en el servicio de medicina del Hospital Sergio E. Bernales se encuentra en un nivel alto.

Objective: The general objective of the study was to determine the quality of nursing care in patients hospitalized in the medicine service of the Sergio E. Bernales Hospital, Lima, 2023. Material and method: The study is descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional. The group of population was conformed by 120 patients that were hospitalized in the medicine service of the Sergio E. Bernales Hospital, to collected information the CARE – Q have used. Results: The 70.8% of the population considered that the quality of nursing care at was in high level. The dimensions that also obtained a high level of quality of nursing care were “maintains a relationship of trust” and “comforts”, with 73.3% and 62.5%, respectively. Conclusions: The quality of nursing care in patients hospitalized in the medicine service of the Sergio E. Bernales Hospital is at a high level.
