Factores que condicionan la asistencia del control CRED en madres de niños menores de un año en un centro de salud de Lima Norte - 2023

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar los factores que se asocian a la asistencia al control de CRED en madres de niños menores de un año en un centro de salud de Lima Norte – 2023. Metodología: Estudio cuantitativo con diseño no experimental, correlacional y transversal. Se aplico en 134 madres de niños menores de 12 meses, el cual se aplicó el instrumento de Asistencia de CRED, donde incluye los factores condicionantes Resultados: Con respecto a la asistencia al control de CRED, el 74% de las madres asisten y 26% no asisten. Los resultados del análisis Chi-cuadrado revelaron asociaciones significativas entre la asistencia al control CRED y variables como Facilidades administrativas (p = 0.020) y calidad de atención (p = 0.019). Conclusiones: Los factores personales no se asocian a la asistencia al control CRED. Por otro lado, entre los factores institucionales, las Facilidades administrativas y la Calidad de atención se encuentran asociados a la asistencia al control CRED. Por otro lado, en cuanto a la asistencia al control de CRED, el 73,9% de las madres si asisten a dicho control.

Objective: To determine the factors associated with attendance at CRED monitoring in mothers of children under one year of age in a health center in Lima Norte – 2023. Methodology: Quantitative study with non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional design. It was applied to 134 mothers of children under 12 months, to which the CRED Assistance instrument was applied, which includes the conditioning factors. Results: Regarding attendance at the CRED control, 74% of mothers attend and 26% do not attend. The results of the Chi-square analysis revealed significant associations between attendance at the CRED control and variables such as Administrative facilities (p = 0.020) and quality of care (p = 0.019). Conclusions: Personal factors are not associated with attendance at the CRED control. On the other hand, among institutional factors, Administrative facilities and Quality of care are associated with attendance at the CRED control. Regarding attendance at the CRED control, 73.9% of mothers do attend that control.
